Michelle Cederberg, MKin, BA, CEP

About 10 years ago Michelle went through a low patch where she was uninspired, low-energy, and unfulfilled in her work and personal life. She was a personal trainer who didn’t value her own health, and as a professional speaker on life balance and stress management she felt like a phony because she had neither working well in her life. The ideas in her book are part research and part personal experience from taking small steps to get her life back on track. Her journey started with physical health as the foundation and built from there. She’s lived most of what she writes about.
As a 14-year veteran in professional speaking and a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Michelle has her finger on the pulse of the time, energy, and motivation challenges of her diverse audience members, and was inspired to create her book as a tool to help them get and stay energized after her sessions are over. She speaks an average of 60 times per year to large, diverse audiences across North America, sharing her expertise in a humorous, practical, and change-provoking way. She has some name recognition, especially in the west, and has a strong following on her weekly email messages and blog as well. Michelle lives in Calgary, in Alberta province.
